SHIPPING

I ship daily with USPS, 1st class or priority mail, with tracking numbers on all packages.

Most orders are shipped 2-3 days after ordering. Custom orders will take longer, I will fully communicate with you how long it will take to make and send YOUR piece!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Once item is received back in same condition as shipped, a 100% refund will be issued.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

EXCHANGES

I am always willing to exchange sizes, fabric, etc - I know it can be tricky to purchase online and I want you to have the right sized item for your needs!
